Delivery time
The delivery time for items is 3 to 10 working days from receipt of payment. Business days are the days from Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Shipping costs

Shipping to Germany amount to a flat rate of € 4.95. From a shipment value of € 49.00, there is free shipping to Germany

Shipping to Austria amount to a flat rate of € 12.95 and a discounted shipping of € 7.95 for a shipment value of € 49.00
Shipping costs to other EU countries amount to a flat rate of € 14.95 and a discounted shipping of € 9.95 for a shipment value of € 49.00

We ship to following countries: UK, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Spain, Italy, Monaco and Austria

Delivery Information
The exact delivery time for your order will be shown to you in an online order in the shopping cart and communicated in person by a telephone order by our staff. If you have given us your e-mail address when placing your order, we will also send you an order confirmation, in which you will again be confirmed the delivery time. Your e-mail address will also provide you with additional helpful information in connection with your order, such as: Delivery and returns confirmations or free payment reminders.

Delays
If some items are not available at short notice or the promised delivery time is delayed, you will be informed by e-mail.

Partially delivery
If the waiting period is too long, we automatically carry out a distribution of the consignment, ie you will receive the deliverable items and the delayed items will follow in a separate package. If we have your e-mail address, we will inform you with a delivery confirmation about the dispatch of your order in several packages.

Logistics partner
The ordered items will be packed by us as fast as possible and handed over to our logistics partner ready to ship. Products of the company Geshlen are sent by dropshipping by a Fulfillment partner.

Shipment tracking
Based on your parcel identification number / shipment number, you can always find out about the current shipment status of your parcel if the shipping method provides for parcel tracking. For more information on shipment tracking, please refer to your delivery confirmation email or our customer service.

Undeliverable 

In case of undeliverable packages, due to wrong address information, non-acceptance or receiver not met at home and package is returned to us, we charge the customer a fee of € 14.95 for delivery expenses.
